All Foils, Inc., a Cleveland-area distributor, processor and converter of aluminum foil, today welcomed Kibar Americas as the newest member of the Aluminum Foil Container Manufacturers Association (AFCMA), the trade association representing manufacturers and suppliers across the aluminum foil container industry.

Kibar Americas is the wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Assan Alüminyum, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of flat-rolled aluminum products. The company operates an aluminum foil manufacturing facility in Fairmont, West Virginia, producing high-quality aluminum coils for the consumer durables, HVAC, building and construction, distribution and automotive sectors, with a broad range of alloys, tempers, gauges, widths and texturants supporting the semi-rigid container market.

As a fellow AFCMA member and a Cleveland-area converter since 1980, All Foils supplies precision aluminum foil and sheet to customers across packaging, foodservice, HVAC, aerospace, medical and industrial applications, with in-house slitting, sheeting, laminating, coating and flexographic printing capabilities and ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management on every order. Today, All Foils announced that its expanding its processing capabilities by adding a new high-speed slitter/rewinder. Manufactured in Germany and shipped to the Cleveland-based business, the state-of-the-art piece of equipment is All Foils tenth slitting and rewinding machine.

Combining this new machine with All Foils existing rotary sheer, giant sheer and four high-tech coaters, All Foils is well equipped to perform various foil converting and processing services all in its 150,000 sq.ft. facility.

With its latest investment in manufacturing equipment, All Foils has reduced its slitting and rewinding lead times to an industry-best. Its capability to offer faster processing times and accommodate larger order quantities undoubtedly secures All Foils top-spot as the nation’s leading foil distributor and converter.
