Simply cut the tool wrap to size, fold it into a pocket and properly seal it. The resulting pocket imitates the performance of a controlled vacuum furnace. This makes it the ideal foil for tool and die makers, mold makers, at home forgers and many more. It’s the perfect solution for heat treating applications!
Our stainless steel tool wrap is available in three different alloys (302/304, 309 and 321), each designed to withstand a specific temperature for maximum tool protection. We stock tool wrap in the below roll lengths, or it can be custom cut to your dimensions upon request. Leads times for stock tool wrap is one day. Lead times for custom orders is between three to five days.
